Photography with Desi Fontaine
Pre-shoot sessions
A pre-shoot meeting is advised and welcomed so you can see Desi’s work, talk through any styling or any props you may need, and see how your photographs can be presented.
Photography sessions
Sessions usually take place in Desi’s Studio. The Studio is light and comfortable for visitors and for clients during the shoot. The Studio has a private garden where outdoor shots can be taken, if you wish. Sessions can take place on weekdays, weekends and on Bank Holidays. The session will normally last for around one and half hours, depending on the shots required.
Viewing sessions
After the photography session, you may return just a couple of hours later for your unique viewing session. This is where you can choose your favourite images.
Photography sessions on location
Desi accepts family commissions at locations around the United Kingdom. She will travel abroad to photograph clients on holiday or at holiday loctations.
Appointments and Fees
All photography sessions are by appointment only. Whilst appointments often book up some way in advance, clients sometimes need to move bookings and there may be an appointment available sooner for you. The fee for the photographic session is payable at the time of booking.
Cancellation
48 hours notice is required in the event of a cancellation, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee is applied.
Presentation of photographs
There are many different presentation choices available from Desi's Studio. You can choose from large wall hanging presentations in contemporary, traditional or distressed finishes in metal or wooden frames. Or, if you prefer, you can choose your photographs to be placed onto canvas. Smaller photograph frames are available so you can display the photographs in your homes and offices. Special high quality albums are available to buy.
